This wedding was so much fun! Dan & Mel were married in August at Lugwardine Church, and then went to Brobury House, Herefordshire, to celebrate their wedding. This is a very special wedding for me, as it was the first one I had shot at Brobury House since my own wedding at this same venue! It was lovely to be back there again for Dan & Mel’s special day. Mel travelled in style from Brobury to the church in a London Routemaster Bus, and I love Dan’s reaction when he sees her walking up the aisle. Once they’d tied the knot, Dan and Mel and all their guests piled onto the London Bus and went off to celebrate at Brobury! They had cocktails in the lovely grounds before moving into the marquee for the speeches and wedding breakfast. All the marquee decorations were handmade by Dan & Mel and their family, including gorgeous flowers by aunty, and a fabulous cake by mum. I loved Dan & Mel’s idea for their table numbers, with each number indicating a significant fact about themselves! The speeches were some of the most hilarious ever, and there followed a fabulous evening of fun. The bride and groom were even flung into the air at one point! Huge thanks to Dan & Mel for having me there to photograph their wedding – it was quite simply an incredible day, filled with an amazing amount of laughter, love and personality and a totally great bunch of people. All at a stunning venue! Big congrats Dan & Mel, and best wishes for the future x

Here’s what Dan & Mel said when they got their pics:

“Thanks again for the wonderful photos! We cannot thank you enough for the hard work and time it must take to capture and edit the pics and we are so grateful. It was definitely one of the best decisions we made choosing you to be our photographer; the pictures are just amazing and have bought back so many happy memories from what seems like was a lifetime ago already. We can’t stop looking through them! We cannot wait to share the pictures with our friends and family and will definitely be recommending you. Thank you so much again, Dan & Mel”
